Shipping Information
SHIPPING POLICIES
Items in stock are shipped within 3 to 4 business days. If a delay beyond 4 days occurs, you will be notified by email. We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or a hotel or motel address. Shipping methods offered during checkout may vary based upon the shipping address provided. If you refuse delivery of an order you've placed, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. We ship the United States Postal Service (First Class, Priority Mail or Express Mail), UPS and DHL Express or USPS International for international orders. Shipping charges are determined at checkout and vary according to the size and total weight of the order. All purchases are made in accordance with the terms and conditions found on the Vivloe website. Upon delivery of your items to the carrier, you will assume ownership of items purchased through the website, and although we will assist you with any delivery issues, you will be responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted into our system. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes tracking information for your package.
International Shipping
The above shipping policies apply to international shipments in addition to the following:
Orders placed for delivery outside the United States are shipped via USPS International service, UPS or DHL Express. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary according to size and the total weight of the order. We will notify you of any restrictions at checkout or before your order is shipped. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.
International shipments subject to VAT, duty, or other local taxes of the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser. These fees are determined and charged by Customs at the port of entry and must be paid by the purchaser upon notification before the purchase can be released from local customs in the destination country. If the purchaser for any reason refuses or fails to pay the required VAT, duty, or other local taxes upon notification by the shipper (FedEx, shipping broker or Vivloe Corporation) the goods may be returned to Vivloe. The purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping cost in this event, as well as the outbound shipping charges.
International Shipments are subject to strict controls by local customs authorities and as a result, delays may occur for reasons outside of our control. Please note you may be contacted by our courier and/or customs clearance broker to provide certain information and authorization for them to act on your behalf to import your order. If you do not provide authorization when contacted, you may become responsible for other fees charged.
